SVB – Scuola Vecchia Bolognese (in English “Bolognese Old School”) is one of the few cookery school you will find in Bologna for regional pasta. Established in 1993 by Alessandra Spisni, VSG organizes several professional and amateurs courses. One of the most sought is how to make authentic home-made pasta by hand. The majority of the courses are taught by Alessandra and her daughter Stefania. SVB also opens for people who just want to try their fabulous pastas.
